There were more angry drivers than usual on Boston’s roads yesterday when the R.I.P.D crew shut down sections of I-93 and the Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge. According to WCVB-TV, they were filming a high speed chase scene on the Zakim and filming ended around noon. Traffic on 93 was halted in both directions for hours causing a lot of headaches for commuters and those heading into the city to enjoy Columbus Day. As one member of the R.I.P.D crew allegedly tweeted, “Bostonians going crazy on us right now! Chill, guys!” It looks like Ryan Reynolds and the R.I.P.D crew learned a tough lesson: you don’t mess with Boston drivers!
