It’s Friday and if you’re looking for something a little different to do tonight you might want to check out this unique Film Festival. Not A Tad Bad Flim Co. will be hosting the fifth annual Flim Fest movie and art festival- showcasing movies and talents from all over New England. It is an eight hour event starting at 4:00 pm at the Beale House, 222 main street in Kingston MA.
Organizer, Kevin James describes Flim Fest as an annual movie, music and art festival. “At Flim Fest, you’ll see a bunch of New England bands take stage while local artists display their sketches, photography and paintings all around, followed by a movie screening that showcases independent and student projects,” he told the Patriot Ledger.
James also told the Patriot Ledger that this year’s screening is going to be the most diverse, entertaining and thought-provoking one in past years. It’s only $3 a person or $5 for two. You certainly can’t beat that on a Friday night. This year’s music lineup includes Hello Ninja, Stalemate, Oilhead and Beat Surrender. Check out highlights from the 2008 Flim Festival HERE.
