Two film competitions are currently looking for eager filmmakers to enter while offering funding and support. The 2009 Film Racing Tour is coming to Boston on Friday, July 17th. Filmmakers have just 24 hours to write, shoot, edit and score an original film no longer than 4 minutes based on their theme and surprise element assignment.
