Remember Dottie from the 2007 film Gone, Baby, Gone, Helene’s messy and foul-mouthed best friend who added Boston authenticity to Ben Affleck’s first directorial endeavor? Jill Quigg, the actress acclaimed for the role, faces charges after Massachusetts police say she and a man broke into a neighbor’s apartment.
According to myfoxboston.com, Quigg, now 35, and Georgios Keskinidis, a 28-year-old Lynn, Mass. resident, were arrested on Friday after a television and printer were stolen from an apartment in Quincy, Mass. and witnesses identified the two as having left the apartment. Both Quigg and Keskinidis pleaded not guilty Monday in Quincy District Court to breaking and entering during the day, larceny of more than $250 and wanton destruction of property worth more than $250; both were released on personal recognizance.
Quigg has admitted to drug and alcohol abuse in the past, though it is unclear if either was involved in Friday’s incident.
