Hollywood East Connection Celebrity Facial Giveaway Contest: Official Rules
PRIZE: One (1) ultrasound facial provided by M. Lekkakos salon, spa, and boutique in Wenham, MA.
ENTRY CONDITIONS: This contest is available only to those persons 18 years or older, who are legal residents of the United States, and are email subscribers of Hollywood East Connection. Internet access and email address is required to enter.
ENTRY TIMEFRAME: Contest begins March 30, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and ends April 20, 2010, 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, entrants must either already be a subscriber of Hollywood East Connection or subscribe by entering their email address on the home page of the sponsor’s website where it says ‘Enter email address.’ Each subscription will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at time of entry. By entering, you warrant and represent that you are the person subscribing to the Hollywood East Connection web site. Any form of entry, other than as specified in these rules (including but not limited to automated, copied, third-party or mechanically reproduced entries) is prohibited and they will be disqualified. By participating in the give-away, Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. The official rules are posted at the Sponsor’s website and can be found by selecting the News Category ‘Our Contests’ on the home page of the Sponsor’s website www.hollywoodeastconnection.com.
PRIVACY: All Entrants’ personal information will not be shared with, rented, or sold to any party other than the Sponsor. You may, however, be contacted by the Sponsor regarding future announcements.
WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected at random on April 20, 2010.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by May 15, 2010. The winner will be contacted through the email provided by Entrant. If the Entrant does not respond to the Sponsor by May 15, 2010, Entrant forfeits his/her prize. Entrant should provide Sponsor with a valid mailing address.
PRIZE AWARD: Prizes will be awarded after winner has replied to the Sponsor’s winner notification with his/her mailing address. No prize substitution or transfer is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason.
PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Acceptance of a prize will constitute permission to use winner’s name, hometown, statements or prize information for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited. Prize will be mailed to winner using the US address provided by the winner. Prize will be mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS) ‘certified mail’ and will require a signature of receipt from an individual at the address provided. Once a signature of receipt has been made through USPS, Sponsor claims no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged prize.
VALIDATIONS: Sponsor reserve the right to disqualify any person who, attempts to tamper with this Comedy Giveaway Contest, to harass or interfere with any other entrant, or otherwise acts in an inappropriate or unsportsmanlike way, all as determined by Sponsor in their absolute discretion. Sponsor, affiliates, M. Lekkakos Spa & Salon, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents will not be responsible for any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to or of any person or property (including death of any person), arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any contest related activity, or participation in this contest. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted.
