As the summer of twenty-eleven slowly fades, it’s time to fall into a Virtual Casting Call created by the fabulous Anne Mulhall, owner of LDI Casting.

This type of virtual casting is a new wave for the Ocean State casting company, who continues to stay busy as they cast eyes upon New England Talent and Crew.

LDI is seeking background actor photos to show the director of Frank The Bastard, a SAG Feature Film shooting in and around New Bedford, MA late August through early October. Casting via [email protected] is OPEN for submission until October 12th. All we know about the flick is that it takes place in Maine, some parts in 1976 but mostly in present day.

Mulhall does not want HEADSHOTS. She wants candid photos of YOU. They want all looks but specifically, Caucasian Adult Men and Women Hippies, musicians, Older “Bar Fly” types, a middle-aged African American female, and male models 20-30 years old.  All ethnicites, male and female 20+, tattoos, piercings and funky hair styles are needed to boot.

Some of this work is multiple days but most is not. Falling into this casting call is virtually only a click away.  Don’t forget to ride the wave over on New England Talent and Crew FB’s page.  The invite is open and over 500 have confirmed to the Virtual Casting Call.

We confirmed and submitted.  Will you?  Click over to our  HEC FB page and tell us.
