Making Media Now 2009Making Media Now will once again be held at Bentley University in Waltham on Friday, June 5th 2009. Don’t miss this premier conference for independent filmmakers, students, and enthusiasts for a day of learning and networking. Media makers come together with keynote speaker Robert Greenwald and other national industry experts for lectures, workshops, panels, and how to survive as a filmmaker in tough times. Professional insight offered into such topics as film marketing, post-production, structuring a film business, and more. All attendees get access to the trade show, silent auction, one-on-one consultations with industry presenters, and an exclusive workshop and giveaway from Adobe. Making Media Now is sponsored by the Filmmakers Collaborative, a non-profit organization whose mission is to support independent media projects, to offer educational and networking opportunities to a wide range of media makers, and to use media to educate the public about relevant issues and the film making process.
