Fall into some BOP tonight because “Body of Proof” is back for Season 2 at 10pm. The night-time series hit the ABC airwaves last spring after shooting Season 1 entirely in Rhode Island and proved itself around the world, securing a spot back into a Fall prime time spot.

Unfortunately for us, it kicked its New England roots and rolled out in LA for Season 2. You might be able to take BOP out of New England but you can’t take New England out of BOP. Not only was the pilot series shot here, the star of the series Dana Delany grew up in Connecticut.

The medical drama follows Dr. Megan Hunt’s (Delany) successful but bittersweet life as an overachieving medical examiner. It seems no matter how many shots come along the way, the sharp neurosurgeon dodges the bullets by staying on top and looking oh so chic along the way.  Delany takes the spotlight in most cases, and along with this hot cast including Jeri Ryan, Geoffrey Arend, John Carroll Lynch, Windell Middlebrooks, Nicholas Bishop and Sonja Sohn has viewers ready to start examining “BOP” back into their Tuesday lineup.
