Do you want to be at the hippest New Year’s Eve bash this year? Well you better believe Hollywood East will be rocking the evening with the totally awesome hot shot Chelsea Handler at the Mohegan Sun, December 31 for the Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang Tour.

Chelsea broke into the world of late-night talk shows with her E! Entertainment series, “Chelsea Lately”. Consistently the network’s highest rated program, Handler has her own twist on celebrity truths and rumors, and a spin on hot topics of the day. She is sharp with wittiness and her jaw dropping jabs make so many of us fans.

“Chelsea Lately” has an average of 900,000 viewers an episode and when the 21 city comedy tour kicked off in March, tickets sold out immediately. Live Nation has since added 15 more shows and guess what?  You don’t have to spend a fortune to get in on this chic New Year’s Eve event — tickets for the show are $55.  We know Mohegan Sun lodging can add up so we recommend saving a buck or two and book a room at one of the many hotel/motels right outside the posh venue. Most of them have free shuttles running all night to the Sun.

We’re not sure if Chelsea’s side kick Chuy will be in attendance but we do know Sarah Colonna, a regular at the round table and one of the five female writers of the hit show, will be joining the bang bang tour too.

Sure you can spend another New Year’s watching the ball drop and eating Chinese food or you could be having a blast with the shocking comedian as twenty ten fades and twenty eleven brings new cheer. Your first resolution this year should be to ring in the new year with fun at the Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang Tour.
